BeFitLifestyle now offers two days of butt-kickin' Bootcamp!
Ready for a change in your workout routine? Come and join us at the beach on Saturdays and the park on Mondays and get out of your workout rut! This hour long bootcamp will include cardio, drill work (plyometrics, calisthenics, and endurance exercises), core work and stretching. This class is intended for people who already have a pretty steady workout regimen and want to add some spice but don't let that scare beginners away - we make modifications - take your training and results to that next level!
We look forward to seeing you there rain or shine!
Remember to bring a towel, water and mat for added comfort!

MONDAY Pioneer Park Boot Camp with BOB:
Come join us for some outdoor fitness fun on Monday mornings - start your week off the right way: getting a great total body workout with Bob's Bootcamp! This hour long class incorporates a combination of aerobic exercise and resistance training. We will utilize body weight training, partner training (always a favorite), natural props supplied by our environment, and additional equipment supplied by BeFitLifestyle. While this class is designed for participants with previous exercise experience and will be conducted at a moderate to high intensity level, it is certainly open to all levels of fitness. Even in this group class setting, each individual will be challenged at his/her own level and pushed to their potential. We will work as a team and no participant will be left behind! All components of human movement/performance will be addressed every class and we will always finish with gentle stretching exercises, leaving your body energized and feeling great for the rest of day!
SATURDAY Kate Sessions Boot Camp w/ MIKE:
Come enjoy the panoramic views while you get fresh air and a great workout! This 1hr. class is designed for intermediate and advanced participants (with slight modifications for the intermediate individual). This medium to high impact class will challenge your muscular and core endurance with the occasional drill in between to raise the heart rate up for cardiovascular work. No weights necessary, your own body weight and medicine balls will be the only tools used. Please bring a mat for added comfort!
