BeFitLifestyle offers specialized personal strength training programs (one-on-one, buddy or semi-private) for indivduals who desire a personal approach to fitness improvement. An experienced, certified fitness professional will work with your specific goals and personal needs in mind to design a unique core focused, full-body strength training program just for you!

After age 25 we no longer continue muscle growth. Muscle is the most metabolically active tissue in our body and therefore, as we age our metabolism slows. Strength training reverses this process and essentially "keeps us young"!

BeFitLifestyle offers a variety of strength training programs. Meet with a knowledgable, motivating personal trainer two or three times a week - progressively incorporating “target heart rate” cardio recommendations with goal oriented core/strength programs designed for:

  • Weight Loss and Muscle Toning
  • Weight Gain and Muscle Building
  • Low Impact and Strength Recovery
  • Sport Specific Training
  • Endurance Training

Once your goals have been met, we want to ensure you continue to lead a healthy lifestyle. We encourage clients who are ready to “step out on their own” to try out some of our group classes and activities and set-up a monthly check-in/review session to be sure to stay on track. Our single sessions are designed just for this reason, and include a complimentary "take-home" program for you to follow until your next monthly session.

BeFitLifestyle's 8 week introduction to a "BeFitLifestyle" is a fun and effective, step-by-step wellness program designed to educate and motive YOU through step-by-step approach to a healthy lifestyle. Learn to "put into practice" the healthy basics of fitness and nutrition - which according to the Center of Disease Control, are "essential elements to prevent chronic disease and obesity."

  • Initial Wellness Questionnaire and Intake Assessment
  • New Leaf Resting and Active assessments (RMR and VO2)
  • Personalized strength/cardio/nutrition consultation including MAF test, BeFit's 8-week "Lifestyle Lessons for Success" binder and score-card
  • Advocare nutritionals - BeFit's "must haves" ($150 optional)
  • 8, 60 min personal training sessions (Including: Strength testing & lifting technique)
  • 2 Take-home Programs: Core and Conditioning / Strength and Power

Double the fun and save 30% off individual pricing by teaming up with a friend (or a BeFit assigned buddy)!! Your BeFitLifestyle personal trainer will combine each person's specific needs to create a fun, dynamic 1 hour training program for TWO! Buddys make a commitment to each other and have the choice of working with a trainer 1, 2 or 3 times a week; BOTH schedules must be accommodated.

Semi-private Training Packages*

BeFitLifestyle offers semi-private strength training classes for groups of 3 - 6 individuals who have gone through one of our Intro Fitness Programs*, mastered the "basics" but would like to continue to improve their fitness level and save money at the same time (over 50% off individual pricing!!).

BeFitLifestyle will work to meet your needs! If you have a group of 3 - 6 friends can coordinate their schedules, let us know and we'll do our best to put something together just for your group!

If you haven't had the opportunity to go through a BeFit Intro Fitness Program, but would like to take part in semi-private training - please arrange for a BeFit Assessment and at least one Private training session with a BeFitLifestyle professional.

* New Client Intro to "BeFitness" Program is strongly recommended prior to enrolling in any of the above strength training programs.
