BeFitLifestyle is now offering personalized PILATES REFORMER sessions through Kristi Anderson. Kristi's foray into movement and fitness started early in life as a dancer. Trained through the American College of Sports Medicine and Egoscue Posture Therapy Clinic, she holds three Pilates certifications and is qualified as a Mind-Body Fitness Specialist with Can-Fit Pro. Kristi has taught in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico and the US, at corporations, spas, in rehabilitation and with nationally-ranked athletes. She is a contributor to IMPACT Fitness Magazine, a presenter for the Complementary Alternative Medicine Association (CAM), and a consultant to the American Fitness Association (AFAA). Kristi is the Program Director for The Integrative Wellness Research Foundation in San Diego, and the co-founder of PostureRX.

The Reformer truly "reforms" the way you move with its spring resistance that offers a new opportunity for strength, balance and flexibility gains. From the simple to the complex, from the relatively-easy to the supremely-challenging, the system offers several hundred options of exercises and positions, including those performed lying down, standing, sideways and sitting. Some clients crave challenge and sweat, while others want to return balance and ease to their body. All clients will learn to move consciously, improve energy and begin to fully enjoy your body.
