Semi-private Strength Training

BeFitLifestyle offers semi-private strength training classes for groups of 3 - 6 individuals who have gone through one of our Intro Fitness Programs*, mastered the "basics" but would like to continue to improve their fitness level and save money at the same time (over 50% off individual pricing!!).
BeFitLifestyle will work to meet your needs! If you have a group of 3 - 6 friends can coordinate their schedules, let us know and we'll do our best to put something together just for your group!
*If you haven't had the opportunity to go through a BeFit Intro Fitness Program, but would like to take part in semi-private training - please arrange for at least one Private training session with a BeFitLifestyle personal trainer.

PROGRESSIVE PUMP
This class is designed to increase your strength and endurance through a dynamic series of free weight, core and body-strengthening exercises. Each "progressive" workout helps you utilize each major muscle group in a variety of ways, there by taking your muscle to a new height (or width)! Although this class can be tailored for the beginner, even if you've been working out for a long time, each weekly "pump" will promote the increase of stamina and strength at any fitness level.
BALL, BOSU, BELLY
This class concentrates on both cardiovascular and strength training through creative use of the Bosu and the Ball. The Belly (or core) is the center of our body's strength and balance - Core workouts are the main focus of this hour! Whether you've never heard of a Bosu, or you just want add something new and different to your workout, this class will allow you to concentrate on new ways fitness can change your life!
The TOUGH get TOUGHER
This class is designed to help improve overall physical strength with the combined use of free weights, state-of-the-art equipment and of course BeFit fun! Nothing gets left out during this "tough" 1 hour session (sorry, no beginners) ...Class Motto: "EVERY muscle group, EVERY time!"
WOMEN on WEIGHTS
This is a "Women only" class and offers an intense hour of full-body strength training. This is an opportunity offered twice a week at BeFit. It's time for hard working women to tie their hair up and bring the house down! Good times with a great fitness coach and rockin' music puts you the lifting spirit morning and night!
CARDIO COMBOS
This is a "Women only" class and offers an variety of 12 - 13 strength training exercises performed as dynamically designed as full-body routine set to high-energy music. Each exercise is performed quickly and in rotation - spending only 60 seconds at each exercise before quickly moving on to the next…sure to rev up your cardio capacity! Whatever your level of fitness, from top athlete to mere beginner, how you use your 60 seconds is entirely up to you! Work it girl!
