Group Training Classes

BeFitLifestyle now offers group strength training classes designed to incorporate full-body toning through proper lifting technique and core training.

For maximum effectiveness, these classes should be attended on a weekly schedule to promote commitment, consistency and skill progression.

Regular Pricing:

  • FIRST TIME FREE!
  • Drop-in: $18
  • BBB 10 pack: $120 (can only be used toward BBB group class - 90 day expiration)
  • WOW 10 pack: $120 (can only be used toward WOW group class - 90 day expiration)
  • COMBO 10 pack: $160 (can be used toward any group class - 90 day expiration)

NOTE: At least 3 people must be signed up in advance or class may not be held that day.

Class Descriptions (not all classes are offered at this time):

WOMEN on WEIGHTS

This is a "Women only" class and offers an intense hour of full-body strength training. This is an opportunity offered twice a week at BeFit. It's time for hard working women to tie their hair up and bring the house down! Good times with a great fitness coach and rockin' music puts you the lifting spirit morning and night!

BALL, BOSU, BELLY

This class concentrates on both cardiovascular and strength training through creative use of the Bosu and the Ball. The Belly (or core) is the center of our body's strength and balance - Core workouts are the main focus of this hour! Whether you've never heard of a Bosu, or you just want add something new and different to your workout, this class will allow you to concentrate on new ways fitness can change your life!

The TOUGH get TOUGHER

This class is designed to help improve overall physical strength with the combined use of free weights, state-of-the-art equipment and of course BeFit fun! Nothing gets left out during this "tough" 1 hour session (sorry, no beginners) ...Class Motto: "EVERY muscle group, EVERY time!"

PROGRESSIVE PUMP

This class is designed to increase your strength and endurance through a dynamic series of free weight, core and body-strengthening exercises. Each "progressive" workout helps you utilize each major muscle group in a variety of ways, there by taking your muscle to a new height (or width)! Although this class can be tailored for the beginner, even if you've been working out for a long time, each weekly "pump" will promote the increase of stamina and strength at any fitness level.
